Take a gander at Winnipeg Crime Stoppers’ most wanted for August. You could get cash for tips that lead to an arrest.
Two of the eight most wanted this month are individuals who Winnipeg Police say they are actively pursuing in relation to various crime investigations while four have arrest warrants after failing to follow conditions for their release.

Dwayne Buckle was arrested for uttering threats and then released with several conditions including attending court as directed. On June 27, an Arrest Warrant was issued for Buckle for not attending court as directed, police said.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate Lorensz Ross in regards to a weapons related investigation, police said. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Ross in relation to this investigation.

Cheyenne Bruce is serving her first federal sentence, a term of two years and 11 months for break enter commit theft, fail to attend court-recognizance, fail to comply condition recognizance, fraud under, mischief under, theft under, identity fraud – intent to gain advantage, break enter commit mischief, assault peace officer, identity theft and escape or being at large without excuse.
Bruce was released from federal custody on Statutory Release on June 22, that same day a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for her arrest as she had already breached conditions of her release, police said.

Winnipeg Police have made several attempts to locate James Bump in regards to an assault causing bodily harm investigation, police said. A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Bump in relation to this investigation.

Lucas Drew is currently the subject of six domestic violence related Arrest Warrants including two for kidnap with intent to confine, assault with a weapon and for assorted other court order breaches. Drew is considered violent, especially towards women and should not be approached, police said. Drew knows that these warrants exist and is actively evading arrest with the assistance of people close to him.

Bobby-Joe Linklater is serving his first federal sentence of six years and five months for break enter and commit armed robbery, possession of prohibited weapon while prohibited, assault with a weapon and escape or being at large without excuse, police said.
Linklater was released from federal custody on Statutory Release April 28. After breaching the conditions of his release, a Canada Wide Warrant was issued for his arrest on June 22.

Keith Stewner is currently the subject of three Arrest Warrants for failing to attend court on incest, possession of a weapon and assorted other failing to comply with release conditions charges. Stewner is considered armed and dangerous and a threat to public safety, police said. Stewner knows that he is subject to these warrants and actively evading arrest with the assistance of people close to him.

Maryanne Sawicki was arrested for multiple criminal offences and then released with several conditions that she agreed to abide by, police said. On June 14, an Arrest Warrant was issued for Sawicki for not following several of these conditions.
