@sparklightcares is wrong for the internet in Cottonwood, AZ! You want people to pay their bill but why would they? Every night from 9pm-5am I have the WORST internet! I work from home at night & u are costing me my job! Fix it Or don't ask us to pay for NOT having the internet!

@sparklightcares Hope you learned from ZETA. With covid and many schools in distance learning, it's imperative you move fast to restore service. Also many rural areas depend on sparklight for phone service where no cell coverage exists. Do not pass the buck on power outage when we have power on.

@JDCrdzFan @sparklightcares if the tech said that you have full speed at the end of you ethernet cable then its a windows update thats throttling it in you network card. just open command prompt as an administrator and type: netsh int tcp set global autotunelevel=normal this should fix it

If you live in South Missouri near Joplin don't be crazy and take internet with @sparklightcares 'cause you'll be literally 175 times No internet during 24 hours time. They'll send you guys to do nothing but they charge $100 a month. I can't wait Musk's internet to put them down.

@sparklightcares How am I getting 49.2 kbps hard wired when I pay for 1 gig. This is terrible. There is not a time where I’ve gone 3 days without a problem with this awful service. Sad to think we still pay monthly for a service that can’t provide a fraction of what we pay for.

@dv42_ Gigabit on 32x4 D3.0 is basically uncapped. Didn't stop Suddenlink and CableOne from doing that as a tier.Also, "uncapped" doesn't mean "no QoS". You can fair-share/tier network priority without speed tiers. Which is why you can reliably make VoLTE calls on a congested network.

@sparklightcares so for 2 days while working. My internet has disconnected multiple times. For 2 days and also Friday the 20th. All I get is your doing improvements on the automated recording. Then when I get a rep they say an outage. I’m in Boise Idaho. I work from home.
